Customer Satisfaction We take pride in our long list of satisfied customers. If a problem arises in your lawn, we will explain the problem and help you solve it, if possible. Our guarantee of satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with a particular application, let us know within 30 days of that application, and we will correct the deficiency or refund you money for that particular application. Fertility Program We apply powerful, slow release nitrogen as a part of each application. Slow release nitrogen provides these benefits to your lawn: Even growth and color throughout the season. Helps avoid excessive surges of growth, which increase mowing and reduce the turf's resistance to heat, drought and disease. Prevents burn (dehydration on the turf during hot dry periods). Keeps the nitrogen from leaching out of the root zone. The amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potash applied is designed to meet the feeding requirements of your turf. Applications are timed to avoid lush rapid growth, which reduces the turf's resistance to stress and disease. Annual Grassy Weeds Crabgrass, foxtail, and other annual grasses (those that die at frost) are managed by pre-emergent chemicals applied during the spring applications. To lengthen effectiveness of the pre-emergent, a booster treatment of pre-emergent chemical is added with the second application. Broadleaf Weed Control A specially formulated broadleaf weed control is used for dandelions, plantain, spurge, and dozens of other broadleaf weeds that plague lawns in this area. We spray broadleaf weeds as part of four applications each year because the weeds germinate at varying times of the season. As a result, some weeds may not be present at the time of each spraying. When weeds are managed in your yard, the desirable grasses will have less competition and will gradually fill in to become the thick, healthy lawn you desire. Insect Reduction Our third application contains an insecticide as a preventative treatment for turf damaging insects, including annual grubs. This application is effective for season long control. Other turf damaging insects are controlled as they appear in the lawn. This control is also included as part of our Premium Turf Program if Step 3 with insecticide has been purchased.
